STF - Background | Home
The STFs are a group of particularly geeky types which emerged from K-One. Many live there and a couple just spend a some time soaking up the atmosphere. As individuals their interests cover such varied subjects as: - Hardware fiddling
- Software fiddling
- General techiness
- Hacking root
- Drinking coke, RedBull and strong coffee (anything with caffine really)
- Unix
- NT (but why?)
- Sex (this is not really very STF behaviour but is permitted)
To fully integrate with STFs you need to have a knowledge and interest in IT. In fact, you need to spend at least 10 hours a day in front of a computer. You should also be fluent in Techie (a specialised language developed for ease of communication) and at least one real programming language. Having no friends (outside the other STFs of course) is a plus.
